Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for the health and safety of all our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Because skincare products come into direct contact with the skin and cannot be resold once they leave our facility, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and these orders are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Refused or Returned Shipments
